Pilates has become one of the most popular forms of exercise to improve spinal function and strength. Pilates can also benefit people that have had recent surgeries, have sedentary jobs, athletes, prenatally and post natal recovery. It is also ideal for those who want improve posture, fitness, core stability, strength and flexibility. Both men and women are encouraged to attend.

Physiotherapy & Pilates Four Peak Health is owned and run solely by experienced physiotherapists, both male and female instructors.

Pilates classes are both day time and evenings at central Geraldine locations, with a maximum of 15 in each class. They run in 8 week blocks during the school term. All mats are provided. One-on-one tuition is also available or private small and larger groups can also be arranged.
