ACC subsidised physiotherapy session
Initial $20 | Subsequent $12
If your injury is the result of an accident, and ACC agrees to cover your treatment we will only require a small co-payment charge for your visit.
The inital charge is for that particular injury – or for a review after 3 months or longer since last treatment.
Private physiotherapy session
Initial $50 | Subsequent $40
Your condition does not have to be accident related and you can self refer. The inital charge is for that particular injury/condition – or for a review after 3 months or longer since last treatment
Missed appointment fee
$25 charge for appointments not cancelled at least 2 hours before the appointment time.
You can see us without a doctors referral by emailing or phoning us to arrange an appointment. We can assess your injury or condition, complete the appropriate paperwork, and if required, we can refer you to a doctor, specialist, orthopaedic surgeon or radiology.
We are an accredited ACC provider and can help you with forms. If your injury is the result of an accident, there is a small co payment charge for your visit. There may be a charge for materials, e.g. strapping. (If your application for treatment is declined by ACC, we will invoice you for the private physiotheraphy session costs). If you are a visitor to New Zealand you are also covered by ACC, if you have an accident during your stay that causes an injury. Your condition does not have to be accident related to consult a physiotherapist
Please phone us if you cannot attend an appointment. If your appointment is not cancelled at least 2 hours before the appointment time, we will need to charge a missed appointment fee.
